Custom Safety USA Returns Policy
At Custom Safety USA, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products. Please review our returns policy below:
- Custom Products:
- Items customized with your company’s logo or any personalized details are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items are custom made for you, and are unsellable once products. Hence all custom items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
- We strongly recommend reviewing your custom order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you place an order with our company, you accept our returns policy.
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will remake the item at no additional cost to you.
- To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@customsafetyusa.com and or text us photos of the damaged or defective item to us at 832-5887425
- Send the item back to our warehouse in its original condition. We will provide you with a shipping label.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly remake and ship the non-defective item to you.
- We stand by our products and are dedicated to ensuring you receive a flawless product every time.

Return Policy for Non-Custom Items
All non-custom items can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Send the items back to us using a reputable courier and be sure to include a tracking number. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Sale and Final Call Items
Please note that sale and final call items are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sales on these items are final.
